An Albany entrepreneur is sharing his secrets to success with local students.
Schuyler Bull owns the Fort Orange General Store. He recently spoke to Capital Region BOCES Global Fashion Program students to give them an idea of how the business world works.
Bull showed them the day-to-day rigors of running a business. He also educates students on how market trends can affect sales and how the success or failure of an event, such as Black Friday, can affect an operation’s bottom line.
Students in the Global Fashion Program learn creative design and core business concepts and apply them in the fashion industry. They also learn about careers in fashion, merchandising, marketing and more.
