The 84-year-old company has 8610 Cherry Lane Added to its existing 72,000 square feet of space in its 700,000 square foot commercial center in Laurel, MD British stone.john propertydeveloped the property.
“This space allows us to add warehouse space dedicated to appliance inventory,” justin dodsonBray & Scarff’s vice president told CO. “This allows us to better serve our appliance customers with a greater selection of ‘in-stock’ items. Additionally, the new space gives us more dock doors, which will allow us to increase our delivery and installation capacity.”
Bray & Scarff currently has 15 other sites in Maryland, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. The new space will serve the company’s 14 retail locations and a network of outlet centers.
The building has 22 feet of net ceiling height and 354,000 square feet of space
“The main attraction of the location is the proximity to our existing facility — it’s next door,” Dodson said. “This allows us to seamlessly integrate the new space with our existing headquarters. Additionally, the space is ideally located for us as it centralizes all of our operations.”
With close proximity to Maryland Route 198, Interstate 95 and the Capital Beltway, the Laurel Business Center provides Bray & Scarff with access to its retail stores and customers.
With a lease, the Laurel Business Center is now 100% occupied.include other tenants Dominion Power Supply Company and select event group.
