Behind the Business: Redhawk Gastropub

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – Redhawk Gastropub had its grand opening last June following a 17-month renovation of the restaurant.

Restaurant manager Rocky Allen says their location makes them unique.

“We’re right on the edge of the canyon, so you have a great view of the bridge, the canyon and the river below,” Allen explained. “We offer three different terraces in the summer to look out over the canyon and it has a great atmosphere and is a great place to hang out with friends after get off work.”

Allen said Redhawk will be offering a new menu starting this Friday.

“It’s going to be more seafood inspired, so we have everything from crab legs, lobster, to all kinds of steaks, pastas, salads, we have a kids menu, a gluten-free menu, a vegetarian menu, so we have something for everyone. Something,” Allen said.

They offer a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels right at home, Allen said.

“It provides a meeting place for everyone to be part of the Redhawk social crowd,” Allen explained. “We have a great environment for everyone; it’s very laid back, we have amazing cocktails and food for everyone,” says Allen.
