O’Donnell comes to CEimpact from Tabula Rasa Healthcare where he most recently led business development and previously led the expansion of technology-driven solutions enabling pharmacists to deliver clinical care activities. O’Donnell previously served as CEO of the South Carolina Pharmacy Association and executive director of the Mississippi Pharmacy Association, where he advocated for pharmacists.

Dr. Klevens Hayes joins CEimpact with her consulting firm RXAshlee. Dr. Klevens Hayes is a third-generation pharmacist with over two decades of experience in direct patient care. She has supported the careers of over 7,000 pharmacists, showcased their talents, and built their personal brands. Ashee has been published on Thrive Business, authored three books, hosts Pharmacy Podcast Network’s Top 30 Business Podcast on Apple iTunes, and travels around the world giving keynote speeches to clinicians in the health systems field.

O’Donnell earns BA in Political Science University of Alabama and Juris Doctor mississippi college law school. O’Donnell is a member of the Mississippi State Bar Association and the National Association of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA).
Dr. Klevens Hayes earned a Bachelor of Science degree university at buffaloHer Doctor of Pharmacy degree comes from University of Southern California and completed her PGY-1 and PGY-2 Pharmacy Management training University of Kentuckywhere she also earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration.
