SMB is the fastest-growing segment of Microsoft’s business application portfolio, and Dynamics 365 Business Central is the fastest-growing product in this group with “triple-digit” year-over-year growth. Addressing nearly 3,000 EMEA 2022-oriented audiences in Hamburg this week, Microsoft General Manager Toby Powers also said SMB ERP’s customer base grew by 60 percent in the last year.
The Microsoft presenter also asked partners to help share the computing performance success of Business Central. Even with a growing customer base, SaaS platforms have been hitting their target levels. They shared:
- 99.84% of the session minutes served by the service are within the target capacity
- Database resources are running at target capacity 99.96% of the time
Microsoft Group Program Manager Dmitry Chadayev said the work of the BC Services team has reduced the growth rate of customer support calls to levels well below that of monthly active users, although he did not provide any numbers.
