Partnership with Vuzix provides customers with broader access to Klabra, Hodei’s remote support platform, a proprietary secure web platform that will seamlessly integrate Vuzix M400, M4000 and Blade 2 smart glasses to deliver innovative Collaborative WebRTC solution. The platform is designed to be used by companies to more effectively provide remote customer support, coaching, troubleshooting, job supervision or training. Hodei customers can now buy their Vuzix smart glasses in one place with the Klabra remote support app pre-installed. Klabra is a subscription-based solution that is easy to use, easy to deploy, and has an open API architecture that is easy to integrate and extend, giving OEMs, field service organizations, construction companies, and healthcare systems the flexibility and customization they need .
Klabra’s intuitive interface provides multiple participants with a unique real-time first-person perspective from the wearer of the smart glasses. Vuzix users simply log into Klabra.com, scan a designated QR code with their smart glasses and join the meeting in real-time, allowing everyone in the meeting to see everything they see while working hands-free. Meeting participants chat with remote smart glasses users and share information freely.
