Dr. William Walker, Director of Engineering at KULR, will speak on the need for a holistic battery safety strategy for electric aviation. The presentation will cover the company’s battery solutions platform solution for industrial energy storage options and its SafeCase solution for battery transportation.
Bringing together world-renowned experts in fire safety and lithium battery design, manufacturing and packaging, the annual conference will be held October 17-20 in Atlantic City, NJ. This year’s conference, with the theme “Going Green – Implications for Aircraft Cabin and Fire Safety”, will create a forum for the international aviation community to discuss recent, ongoing and planned aircraft fire and cabin safety research activities.
