Horsehead, NY (WETM) – After thirty-one years of community service, Sweet-n-Saucy has decided to close its kitchen doors for good.
Debbie Donovan and her daughter Sarah Lyon started the journey. “It was her dream; I was just fifteen years old by her side,” Leon said.
Sweet-n-Saucy is located at the Wings of Eagles Discovery Center and has served multiple locations on the South Level over the years. They are known for their homemade fried fish, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Sweet-n-Saucy is also known for catering and crafting American and Italian cuisine. They announced their closure on November 10, 2022.
Today is their last day of service as a unit. “To you, our clients and friends, we could not have done it without you. We will always have you in our hearts and know that you have blessed us in so many ways. Thank you can never be enough.”
