Jefferson Parish authorities said a man was shot in the parking lot of the Marrero Company late Sunday.
His name and age have not been released.
The shooting was reported at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in the 600 block of Ames Boulevard at 11 p.m. (map). The man was found on the ground in the parking lot and died at the scene, authorities said.
