New port city of Java opens at crossroads

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The new Port City store opened on Wednesday, November 3rd. According to an announcement from the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, Number 16 is at the intersection of Carolina Beach Road near the recently opened Harris Teeter.

The Restaurant and Drive-Thru is located at 3860 Carolina Beach Road Unit 140 and is open weekdays from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Saturday, November. There will be a grand opening and ribbon cutting on the 19th from 9am to 2pm with free samples and red velvet mini muffins while supplies last. Attendees also have the chance to win tickets to two Cody Johnson concerts at the PNC Arena on Jan. 28. The event will be hosted by PCJ and the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

Port City Java opened alongside several other businesses opening their doors on Crossroads, just a few miles from the growing Riverlights community.

As listed on the Port City Java website, this Wilmington-based business has been around since 1995 and has 28 locations.
