Sax adds director of strategic business transformation to refine nonprofit practice

Sax LLP on Monday announced the addition of Lauren Frary as director of strategic business transformation to complement the firm’s established not-for-profit business, effective October 10. 3.

At the Parsippany-based firm, Frary will leverage her 35 years of experience advising nonprofits to set goals and ultimately improve overall functionality and productivity. Frary specializes in organizational assessment, nonprofit leadership training, leadership transition and succession planning, board development and governance, strategic planning, fundraising and program development.

Working with Sax’s audit, tax, wealth management and technology teams, Frary will mentor and support nonprofits and provide direct access to experienced professional resources to address challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

Frary has a 32-year career in Arc, Somerset. During these three decades, she has held various positions that have provided her with a wealth of experience and opportunities to hone her leadership skills. By working in various capacities and working your way up to eventual Executive Director.
