Slalom, a Seattle-based technology consulting firm, has named former Twilio executive Michelle Grover as the company’s first chief technology officer.

Grover served as Twilio’s Chief Information Officer from July 2020 to December 2021, and previously served as SAP Concur’s Senior Vice President of TripIt and Mobile Software Development and First Command Financial Services’ Interim Chief Information and Digital Officer.

As CTO, Grover will oversee the technology organization, including infrastructure, product engineering and architecture. She will be responsible for developing the IT strategy and adding IT expertise to support Slalom’s business and expansion goals. She also serves on the boards of software companies Apptentive and Onymos.
